		<description><![CDATA[I have not looked into the use of hyssop today. I know that Christ paid the price for our sins on the cross and that is where our cleansing come from. I read in several commentaries where it was the hyssop, because of its strength and length was used as a rod to hold the sponge with the vinegar they offered Christ up on the cross and to strike the lintels, which again would be at a height.]]></description>
