That is a Saddle-billed Stork at Lowry Park Zoo that I took. It has a heart on breast. I am sure there are more birds like that.

I see this bird in the zoo’s bird house and every time I see it I marvel at how God placed this heart there. Or when I look at my cat, at the way got painted her so pretty, a tortoisehell with just the paws painted white and a white bib….I always marvel at God’s art.
