The only thing I can find for that pigeon is “Columba livia domestica” It falls in the Fancy Pigeon category , but still is just the standard “Rock Pigeon”, “Rock Dove” and now by IOC list, it is the “Common Pigeon (Columba livia)”

Could anyone tell me the scientific name for the American Fantail pigeon or is it just Columba livia?
