Another Miracle: Norway’s Bird who Walks Underwater

But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary. And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea. And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit [i.e., ghost]! — and they cried out for fear. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid. (Matthew 14:24-27)

The Lord Jesus Christ walked on water — what a miracle! Also, He made a little dipper-bird, the European Dipper (cousin to America’s Water Ouzel), who walks underwater, and this little bird is another (and different kind of) miracle!

The European Dipper (Cinclus cinclus), also called the White-throated Dipper (and Eurasian Dipper), is truly a miracle of God’s creation!
