The Bald Eagle is part of the current puzzle that I have been working on (for the last month). The Eagle is of course our National Bird.
“The American eagle symbol, specifically the bald eagle, became a national symbol in 1782 when it was adopted for the Great Seal of the United States. It represents freedom and strength, and it first appeared as an American symbol on a Massachusetts copper cent coined in 1776. The bald eagle’s significance has grown over time, appearing on official documents, currency, and military insignia, embodying the spirit of the nation.” (Copilot)
Why America chose the Bald Eagle as the National Bird.
God’s Word mentions the Eagle many times, as written about in previous article here.
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31 KJV)
