Cochineal insect

that lives on prickle pear cactus,

is dried and powered

to extract dye

for fabric, food and cosmetics..

Jesus dried His blood for us,

to dye the fabric of Salvation

to give us the Living Bread,

and to beautify us

with the cosmetic of holiness..

And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. (Revelation 7:14)
