That Golden Tanager is worth his (or her) weight in gold! Of course, you know that I am impressed with tanagers, such as the colorful Western Tanager (that I’ve seen repeatedly when visiting Colorado) and the tanagers that efficiently “share” the same trees in Trinidad (see http://www.icr.org/article/tree-snacking-tanagers-undermine-darwin/ ).
