Babies need to learn many new life skills, yet it seems that God preprogrammed babies especially human babies) with the skill and instinct to cry, loudly, to alert their parents that they have immediate needs (see, e.g., Job 38:41, noting that juvenile ravens are, in effect, crying to God for food — since it is ultimately God Who feeds the birds, as the Lord Jesus reminded us in Matthew 6:26). This wide-mouthed baby bird is no exception — there’s nothing bashful about his message!

Sometimes when I’m squawking and carrying on, I feel like I look like this to God.

May be, but at least you are talking and praying to God. He loves to hear from us.
