  1. As Texas heats up (e.g., about 90 degrees Fahrenheit yesterday) for another uncomfortable summer it is refreshing (and mentally comforting) to consider a Snowy Owl, and to think of snow. But better still, of course, is to bask in the peace of Isaiah 1:18 (which was fulfilled in John 1:29), knowing that for Christ’s sake all of my sins (past, present, and future) are paid for by the Lord Jesus, so that I am clean before my Lord, like snow.

    • Thanks, and, yes, we are in the 90s now also. Colin may cool us a notch, but I’m afraid it will make it even more humid. I am looking forward to having my sins snow colored.
