Marvelous indeed! Reminds me of Habakkuk 1:5 — those spatula tail-feathers are a marvel to behold. It also reminds me of the fancy tail-feathers of the Turquoise-browed Motmot (see https://leesbird.com/2013/12/24/hidden-in-plain-view-lesson-from-a-motmot-by-james-j-s-johnson/ ).

It is amazing that the Lord created so many different ways for the birds to act and look. Such a tiny creature with such a big tail. I am sure it is to help this beauty to attract a mate so he can do as commanded by the Lord to “fill the earth.”
