With all these birds with crowns, maybe the Lord wants to remind us to think about these verses, and do what they say. Then we will have some crowns to cast at Jesus’ feet when we get to heaven.

  1. I spent a couple of hours in the cold this week chasing around a fast flitting RC Kinglet hoping for a shot of its red crown. I failed. But is consolation that I have a crown (or two) waiting in heaven! William

  3. Some beautiful and exotic birds there Lee! Would love to see the Purple-crowned Fairy-wren one day when I get back up the top end again, but your little Woodnymph got me, they are all so beautiful reflecting their stunningly beautiful and magnificent Creator.
